INGREDIENTS:
Green chillies-4,Ginger Garlic paste-2 Tablespoon,Sugar-1 Tablespoon,Thyme- 1 Tablespoon,Basin-1 Tablespoon,Oregano-1 Tablespoon,Coriander Leaves- 1 Bunch,Turmeric-3 Tablespoon, Mustard Powder-1/4 Tablespoon,Jeera-1 Tablespoon,Pepper Corns-3 Tablespoon,Lemon Juice- 1 Tablespoon, Olive oil or butter -7 tablespoon.
How to prepare----
First Clean the whole chicken with the turmeric powder after that use knife to make cuts on the whole chicken.On whole chicken rub the turmeric powder and keep the chicken aside for fifteen minutes. Grind all the ingredients using the mixer and make a paste. Use the Paste to coat the whole chicken.
Now Again rub the chicken with the olive oil or butter than wrap the chicken with the cling film. Refrigerate the chicken for the twenty four hours and place the chicken in the microwave and cook for the Forty minutes.Check the chicken is cook or not by inserting a knife.
Serve it with lemon and onion slices
